Cover Letter / Resume Submission Options
1. Upload Resume — Please be sure that your resume, cover letter, and references are saved in a single document. Formats allowed: MS Word (.doc), Plain Text (.txt), Rich Text Format (.rtf), and/or HTML (.htm/.html). You can upload a PDF (.pdf) file if it is not a graphic such as obtained from scanning. The file name cannot contain commas, quotes, hyphens, etc.
2. Copy and Paste — Copy and paste your cover letter into the cover letter text box; then, copy and paste your resume and references in the resume text box.
Tip: Please be aware that by using either the upload or copy and paste option, your original cover letter and/or resume formatting may be lost in order to parse your information into our candidate database. This feature enables us to evaluate candidates' data based on the same criteria.
3. Proceed without resume/CV — use this feature only if you do not have an existing resume to copy or paste or upload into our on-line system. Upon completion, your work history will be viewable in a resume format.
Tip: If you choose to submit a cover letter during the resume process, we suggest candidates keep the cover letter general in nature as it cannot be updated if you decide to apply for future positions with us.
